Each small, delicious cake is baked using almond flour, wheat flour, sugar, eggs, milk and cream. Before being coated with a generous layer of rich Belgian chocolate, a ganache made with premium Italian nut pastes or other pure ingredients is spread between the layers and perfumed with secret spirits.

A delicate pattern of sugar lace is applied to each hand-crafted cake, offered in eight proprietary all-natural flavors to delight the most discriminating palates.

Leclanté Lace Cakes contain no artificial flavors. Spirits are a finishing touch for all cakes except Chocolate and Chocolate Hazelnut.
