-+ Where are you located?

Our office is located at 201 S. Biscayne Blvd., #1200, Miami, Fl 33131

Our warehouse is located at 8920 NW 27th Street, Doral, FL. 33172. We accept only online orders at this time. They are delivered to you by FedEx. See the Shipping page for complete details.

-+ Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

This option is available only for orders of 100 units or more. Pick up date and time must be booked in advance.

-+ Can I sample your beautiful Lace Cakes before I order?

For event planners and their customers, we will arrange a complimentary tasting box. This requires at least three days’ notice, made by the event planner. Your only cost will be the delivery fee. Please email or call us to arrange delivery.

-+ Are Lace Cakes appropriate for people with dietary restrictions?

The fresh, natural ingredients in Lace Cakes include Belgian chocolate, butter, eggs, milk, cream, almond flour, wheat flour, and sugar. We do not offer nut-free, gluten-free or vegan options at this time.

-+ How should Lace Cakes be stored?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and away from humidity. They are fine at room temperature (up to 73 F). Caution: Humidity may cause the sugar lace to melt.

-+ Can I change the chocolate coverture or the lace color?

With at least 30 days advance notice, we can accommodate requests for custom lace colors and chocolate coverture. Please note: custom orders require full payment in advance, and refunds are not provided for cancellation of special orders.

-+ What is the lead time for an order?

For online gift boxes, this depends on the selected delivery option.

For celebrations and corporate events, we recommend orders be placed at least 30 days in advance. Please contact us and we’ll do everything possible to fulfill special requests in the time available.

-+ Can you do it faster, for a surcharge?

Our handcrafted Lace Cakes take time to make, but each request is evaluated individually. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

-+ Can I select a future ship date?

This feature is not available on our online order page, but please contact us and we will handle your request with the top-notch service we are known for.

-+ Are there geographical limits for delivery?

Our special packaging allow us to deliver Lace Cakes all over the US. Please see Shipping page for applicable rates.

-+ Is there a minimum order?

Orders will be according to our packages/ gift boxes. There is no minimum order, nor is there a maximum. We fill orders in the hundreds for special events.

-+ What is the payment procedure?

We accept major credit cards.

Please note: custom orders/orders for events require full payment in advance, and refunds are not provided for cancellation.
